I'm really concerned because my sex timing is only around 5 to 10 seconds, and I just can't seem to go a second time after that. It's starting to affect how much I enjoy my married life. Can you give me some advice or suggestions on what I might do to help with this?

Premature ejaculation It needs psychological as well as physiological assessment , this problem will improve with medicines and counselling .I can understand ur concern that you are worried but As u are young , scope of improvement is there. First of all with medicine ,we will build up self confidence to perform better every time, then hopefully this will resolve permanently . It will happen, don't worry be happy :).

View allI'm really worried and need some advice. Could burning and itching in the penis be early signs of an HIV infection? If so, how soon do these symptoms usually appear after exposure?
Penis burning and itching are not typical early symptoms of HIV infection. The primary symptoms of acute HIV infection usually appear 2-4 weeks after exposure and include fever, sore throat, and rash. It's important to consult a healthcare provider for proper evaluation and testing if there's concern about HIV exposure.

I've been dealing with paraphimosis for a while now my foreskin doesn't retract fully and my frenulum seems too short, maybe frenulum breve. It's affecting my erections and making sex uncomfortable. Is there a safe, non-surgical way to fix this? I'd really prefer to avoid surgery if possible.
For mild to moderate paraphimosis (difficulty retracting the foreskin) and possible short frenulum, non-surgical treatments like gentle stretching exercises, steroid creams, and possibly lubrication can be effective. However, for severe cases or if these methods don't work, surgical options might be necessary.

My foreskin is really tight and won't pull back, causing pain and even cracks near the tip. My family doctor suggested circumcision, but I'm not sure which hospital or doctor in Chennai is the best for this. Also, I have medical insurance will they accept it for this procedure?
Tight foreskin with pain usually needs circumcision; check with urology hospitals in Chennai that accept your insurance.
