Question
I've been noticing a white layer forming on the head of my penis, and it feels pretty dry under the foreskin. When I try to pull the skin back, it sticks a bit. A few months ago, I was treated for a fungal infection, and I thought it had cleared up, but now I'm not so sure. Could this be a sign that I have diabetes?

You may be experiencing a recurrence of a fungal infection. You can try using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% twice a day for 2 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry. As for diabetes, the presence of a fungal infection does not necessarily mean you have diabetes, but it is always a good idea to get your blood sugar levels checked by a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying conditions.
