Question

I've been prescribed Tryptomer and I'm taking it after my evening meal, but I've started experiencing heartburn only at night since starting it. Is this a known side effect of Tryptomer? Should I be concerned or do anything about it?

The symptoms you're experiencing, such as headaches and thirst, are likely due to the high dose of Vitamin D3. Consider taking the supplements every 10-15 days instead of weekly. Also, increase your water intake to alleviate thirst and drink water before taking the supplement. To quickly recover from Vitamin D3 deficiency, maintain a balanced diet rich in Vitamin D sources (fatty fish, fortified dairy products, mushrooms). Consult your doctor for personalized advice and to monitor your Vitamin D3 levels.
