Question
I've been thinking about using ashwagandha, shatavari, kaunch beej, and safed musli powder as supplements, but I'm worried about how safe they are for my liver and kidneys if I take them for a long time. I'm 24, male, and unmarried. Could you let me know if it's safe and how I should take them?

As a 24-year-old male, Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Kaunch Beej, and Safed Musli powder are generally considered safe for kidneys and liver in moderation; to use them long-term, consult an Ayurvedic expert for personalized guidance, but a common approach is to cycle them for 3-4 months, followed by a 1-2 month break, and start with a small dose (12 teaspoon) twice a day, mixed with milk or water, and gradually increase as needed and under expert supervision.
