I've been using Tretin ISO 20 mg for my adult acne since mid-October 2017, based on my doctor's advice. However, in November, my wife became pregnant, though we weren't planning it. I'm feeling a bit worried and am wondering if there could be any risks to my wife's health or the baby's health because I'm taking Tretin ISO. Could taking this medication have any negative effects?
