Question

I've got this dry, yellowish skin on my fingers, on both hands actually, and its been peeling with these painful bleeding cuts. It's been like this for the past two months and nothing seems to be helping, not even the ointments like Moisturex and Topisal that I've tried. It's really frustrating and uncomfortable. Could you help me figure out what might be causing this and suggest what I can do about it?

I've been dealing with LPP on my neck, face, and limbs for over a year now, and it just seems like it's getting worse. My face has become really dark, and even though there are no lesions, it looks like severe hyperpigmentation.
