I've had bilateral varicocele for the past 2 years and have been feeling dull pain for the last 10 days. I'm taking Venixmin 900 mg and rutoheal but there's no relief. The surgeon said it's mild and doesn't need treatment, but the pain bothers me. I'm in my 4th year of MBBS and worried about infertility risks. If the pain goes away, do I still need any treatment? What's the best surgery option to prevent recurrence
