I've had a deviated septum for years and now I'm starting to have breathing problems because of it. I don't have any infections or other diseases. Can anyone recommend a good septoplasty surgeon in Jaipur? Also, will insurance cover this surgery? It's getting pretty urgent

So, a doctor pulled on my larynx about a month ago, and ever since, I've been a bit worried if that caused any kind of trauma.
