I've just had a nosebleed not too long ago, and now my nose is hurting a bit. My left nostril, where the nosebleed happened, feels like there's something hanging around in it. Should I be worried about this, or is there something I can do to make it feel better?

I've noticed there's a painless lump in front of my ear and it's sitting under the skin, and I'm not sure what it could be. Should I be worried about this, and what might be causing it?

I'm a bit worried because I've been having some pain and swelling on the right side of my neck where a lymph node is located. I went for an FNAC test, and the report says there's a right submandibular swelling, but the stain for AFB is negative. The findings mentioned something about a necrotizing granulomatous lesion. I've been hearing this strange noise coming from the back of my head, just above my neck, mostly on the right side. It happens when I move my head upwards or try to lean back. Plus, I get this neck pain on the right side whenever I spend too much time looking down. I've had this long-standing sinusitis issue on the right side, and it's been a real troublemaker. My neck hurts, I get headaches on that side, and sometimes even throat issuesall these come and go at random. What could be going on with me?
