I've just had a routine check-up with my gynecologist, and she mentioned a scan where my gallbladder showed a 4mm polyp. Do I need to be concerned about this polyp? Does it need any treatment?

I'm having a bit of an issue thats been puzzling me and I was hoping you could help. When I try to take a deep breath in the afternoon or evening after I've eaten, I can't seem to complete it.
