I've noticed this black lump inside the skin on my index finger. It's not painful, but the skin feels kind of rough right around the black dot. Can you take a look at the image and let me know what you think this might be? I'm a bit concerned.

I've been dealing with some really slow-healing wounds from a minor bike accident recently. I hurt my fingers, palm, and knee trying to save a dog on the road.
