I've noticed black mucus coming up when I cough, and it's really worrying me since I've never smoked or even drank alcohol. Do you have any idea what could be causing this? Should I be concerned or see a doctor?

View allI've noticed that my oxygen saturation was between 99 to 100 before I got COVID. Even though I just had a mild case with some cold and fever for a day and a mild cough, my SpO2 dropped to 95-96 now. I'm wondering why this happened and how long it might take for it to get back to normal. Could you help me understand this?
Normal, nothing to worry ok.

I'm in the military and ended up in Germany about a year and a half ago. Running's always been my thing and I've never had issues with it before. But then last August, out of nowhere, I started feeling this sharp chest pain when I was out on a run. At first, it didn't show up until around three miles in, but now I can't even manage a mile without feeling it. I got an inhaler and it worked at the beginning, but now it seems useless. I'm just 22, and I'm not sure what's going on. Any ideas on what this could be or what I should do next?
increase the dose of inhaler and increasethe frequency of using it

I recently had an HRCT scan and it came back with a CORADS 1 score. I'm wondering if this scan can still show evidence of past COVID or other viral infections even though it's been about a month since I might have had them. Could you help me understand what this result means for my health right now?
yes
