Question

I've noticed something odd today. Every time I went to the bathroom to poop, there was this oily substance that seemed to emerge from my anus. It's not like it's actively leaking, but when I look in the toilet, I can clearly see the oil floating on the water. It even looks about the color of olive oil. Do you have any idea why this is happening? Is it something I should be concerned about?
