Question
I've recently found out that my SGPT level is 79.8 and my total cholesterol is 174.5. I'm a bit worried and would really like to bring the SGPT down. Do you have any recommendations on how I can manage these levels, particularly the SGPT? I've been reading up a bit and it's all a tad confusing, so some clear advice would be super helpful!

To lower your SGPT level, also known as ALT (alanine aminotransferase), you can take the following steps: - Avoid alcohol consumption. Maintain a healthy weight through diet and exercise. Avoid fatty, fried, and processed foods. Consider taking medications like Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA). To lower your total cholesterol level, you can follow a low-fat, low-cholesterol diet and increase your intake of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains
