My dad suddenly got a fever last night, and it was at 101. I gave him some medicine, but the fever only went down to 100.4 and stayed like that all night. Now it's shot up to 103, and I tried giving him Dolo 650, but it's not helping. Can you help me figure out what's causing the fever?

I've been dealing with a fever and cold for about five days, and now I'm feeling really nauseous with a bad backache and this constant weakness for the past three days. It's like I can't sit, rest, or even walk without feeling awful. Eating's been impossible, too. I also started my periods three days ago.
