My dad's 58 and he's been dealing with a high fever, loose motion, and shivering since yesterday. Today the fever's come down, but the loose motion hasn't stopped. He's also feeling weak and has body pain. We started him on antibiotics, like allopathic medicine, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. What should we do next?

I've already finished them, but I'm concerned because I read that the usual anti-rabies treatment involves five doses on days 0, 3, 7, 14, and 28. Do you think I should get the additional doses on days 14 and 28, or are the three enough?

I'm really struggling with a stuffy nose and this annoying cough that switches between wet and dry. Mornings are the worst because theres all this wet cough that's excessive, but come evening and night, my cough gets dry and irritating, especially after 6 pm. Its been like this for the past 5 days and Im not sure what to do. Could you recommend something to help me out?
