Question

My husband has a really minor sore throat. He doesn't smoke but he does drink sometimes. He's 32 and today he coughed up a tiny bit of blood. Should I be worried about this? Is it normal?

Frequent nosebleeds can be concerning. Possible causes: - Dry air or low humidity - Allergies or sinus issues - High blood pressure - Nasal polyps or tumors - Blood thinning medications To manage: - Use saline nasal sprays - Apply petroleum jelly to nostrils - Avoid blowing or picking your nose - Stay hydrated - Consult an ENT specialist for proper evaluation and treatment.
