Over winter, I've noticed my skin tends to get a darker shade, even though I've usually got a fair skin tone. What do you think might be causing this? Plus, my skin gets pretty dry around this time. Could you recommend a moisturizer that isn't sticky but still brightens up my skin? Would love some advice on how to manage both these issues!
