I'm having a lot of trouble with gas choking near my heart when I have dinner at 9 pm. It's making it really hard for me to sleep. Whenever I try to rest, I wake up feeling uncomfortable around my heart. I'm also smoking about 4 cigarettes a day. Could this be causing these issues? What should I do?

I've been told I have Marginal Hepatomegaly with diffuse fatty changes, but my liver function test is normal. My liver is 14.8 cm, I'm 30, Indian male, 5.6 feet tall, and I weigh 86 kg. I don't drink alcohol, soft drinks, or tea, and I walk for 30 minutes every day. I do take allergy meds. What should I do to get my liver back to normal?

I've been on medication for abdominal tuberculosis since September 2019, but I haven't noticed any improvement. In fact, I lost about 8 kg last December when I was hospitalized for severe stomach pain and couldn't eat properly for almost a month, even though I consistently took my meds. Could this be a case of MDR? How can I be sure if it's MDR?
