Hey, I'm 34 weeks and 2 days along, and my ultrasound shows a cephalic presentation with the placenta anterior. This is my fourth pregnancy. My first baby was a C-section at 33 weeks, second was a full-term SVD, and my third was a C-section at 36 weeks. It's been eight years since my last pregnancy.
