I'm experiencing some itching and a sensation of something pinching in my anus, but I can't see anything there. It mostly happens when I'm sitting or if I'm walking quickly. What could be causing this?

Every time I try to eat food like chapati or rice, I feel like I'm going to vomit, and sometimes I actually do, even if it's just fruits. It's really concerning, and I don't know what's going on. I visited a doctor, had some blood tests done, and I just got the results back today. My next appointment is on Saturday, and my ESR level is 60. What does that mean, and could it be causing these symptoms? I'm kind of worried.
