After completing treatment for malaria with Doxycycline and Artesunate, my fever still has not gone away. My temperature ranges between 99 to 102. All my blood reports are normal except for the Widal test, as you can see in the report. I also took Ofloxacin for 10 days, but the fever persists. In addition, my digestion is becoming weak. Could this be something else?

Hemoglobin: 9.1 g/dL
RBC: 2.60 million/cmm
Blasts: 60%
I am also experiencing gum swelling and bleeding. Please advise what could be the reason for the increased WBC count, and which specialist should I consult for further evaluation.
