On 25 October, some of my blood report values were high. I want to do blood tests for cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, and homocysteine.

Yes, these tests will help monitor heart health. Also add liver function and blood sugar tests if not already done.

My husband, age 40 years, has Triglycerides 159, HDL 30, VLDL 32, and LDL 101. How is the report? I am concerned about HDL and VLDL.
