An 81 year old female has been bedridden for the last five years with a history of multiple cerebrovascular attacks. The brain left lobe is shrunken. After the fourth stroke her pulse stopped and then returned with one beat after 17 or 14 strokes consecutively. She has frequent fluctuations in blood pressure and does not take solid food. Urine report shows colour yellowish, quantity 15 ml, appearance slight hazy, deposits scanty, and specific gravity QNS.

Her condition is complex due to multiple health issues. Mild changes in urine are not unusual in such cases. Maintaining comfort, hydration, and close monitoring are the main goals now. Kidney function tests and regular blood pressure checks are recommended to help guide further care, especially if recent results are not available.
