After completing treatment for malaria with Doxycycline and Artesunate, my fever still has not gone away. My temperature ranges between 99 to 102. All my blood reports are normal except for the Widal test, as you can see in the report. I also took Ofloxacin for 10 days, but the fever persists. In addition, my digestion is becoming weak. Could this be something else?

Persistent fever despite treatment could suggest enteric (typhoid) fever, resistant malaria, or post-infectious fever. Since Widal is positive, typhoid is likely. Avoid self medication. See a doctor for further antibiotics based on culture if needed.
