After potential HIV exposure, I have done multiple HIV tests over 9 months, and all results were negative. My reports for the past three months are as follows 0.2 s/co, 0.2 s/co, and Antibody + p24 antigen test by ECL method is 0.2 s/co. Do I need to undergo any further HIV testing, or are these results conclusive?

Tests are conclusive. You are HIV negative. No further testing is needed unless new exposure occurs.

View allI went to a pathology lab today to get a blood test. When I went in, the staff already had the injection in her hand. Do clinics use used needles and syringes? Should I be worried about the risk of HIV, especially since it is a small pathology and not a big hospital?

Hello Doctor, I tested negative on a 45 day HIV combo antigen and antibody test, and also negative on a 67 day HIV antibody test. Is it still possible for the test to turn positive after 90 days? Please advise.
