Hi, I am very scared. Please help me. After 80 days of unprotected exposure with a paid partner whose HIV status is unknown, my HIV test report from Dr. Lal Path Lab using the antibody/antigen combo test is 0.82 (non reactive). This value is very close to 1, so I am very stressed that I may still get HIV at the 90th day or after 3 months. Please help me. I am extremely worried.

A combo test (4th gen) is conclusive at 28+ days. 0.82 is within non reactive range. No further testing needed if no new exposures. If anxious, repeat HIV Combo Test at 90 days.

View allI had sex with a prostitute 20 days ago, and the condom broke. Yesterday I developed a fever and visited a physician. After taking the prescribed medicine, my fever subsided within a day, but I still have a sore throat. Could this be related to HIV? Can I get an HIV 1 and 2 antibody screening test done and will it be reliable at this stage? Please advise, as I am extremely anxious.

Hello Doctor, I tested negative on a 45 day HIV combo antigen and antibody test, and also negative on a 67 day HIV antibody test. Is it still possible for the test to turn positive after 90 days? Please advise.
