Testosterone is the male sex hormone that your gonads produce. It is found higher in males than females. whereas estrogen and progesteron are hormones produced by females and found in traces (estrogen) in men.

View allHello, we have been trying to conceive for the past 9 to 10 months but have not been successful. My wife has PCOS but is under treatment and all her parameters including blood tests and ovulation are now normal. The doctor advised me to get a semen analysis done. I am attaching my report and would like to know if it is normal or not. Please also let me know if there is anything else I should take care of. My wife is currently taking Clomid, Duphaston, Lineator, Maxofert, and Oosure throughout her cycle. Thank you.

I have a history of PCOS. On day 15 of my cycle, my follicle size in the right ovary was 14 by 10 mm, and I also had an FSH test done on the same day. After 3 days, I went for a repeat scan, and the report showed no dominant follicles. What does this mean?
