View allI have stage 1 phimosis where I can pull back my foreskin when flaccid but not when erect. Intercourse isn't an issue, but I'm unsure if I need treatment. Some suggest surgery while others recommend coconut oil and exercises. What's the best approach for this should I treat it or leave it alone?
Patient is reffered to a surgeon for further management.

Was it normal for my urine to turn red once and then go back to its usual color? Should I be concerned about this or is it nothing to worry about?

I'm really worried about this S aureus balanitis thing. I have these bowel issues and some impetigo on my foreskin, and it's been treated but I'm still in a lot of pain all over my body. Can you tell me if this is normal or if there's anything else I should be doing?
You can use a combination of topical mupirocin ointment applied to the affected area three times daily and oral antibiotics such as cephalexin 500mg four times a day for 7-10 days. Make sure to keep the affected area clean and dry. For impetigo on the foreskin, you can also use mupirocin ointment. For body pain, you can take over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen 400mg every 6 hours as needed for pain. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest.
