Based on my report, could you please advise whether I can proceed with planning for a baby, or if I should first consult a physician for further evaluation?

If your general health and hormone levels are in range, planning a baby is okay. It is always good to get a preconception check up.

Also, please advise what other supplements or care I should follow during my pregnancy.
