Broke my tibia 4 weeks ago and have been in a cast without surgery. Got an xray done and attached it here. Wanted to ask how long I need to keep the POP on before it can come off. When can I start putting some weight on the leg and what's this kind of fracture called. Also how long till it heals enough for me to walk without crutches. Been taking Fredcal 500mg twice a day for calcium is that a good choice
