Can a 7 year old get pregnant?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
A woman can get pregnant and have a baby as soon as she begins ovulating, or producing eggs. This typically occurs about a year after they first begin menstruating, which usually happens between the ages of 11 and 12. Some women start ovulating late, though, and others, extremely early.

Pregnancy Possibility:
A 7-year-old female cannot get pregnant because her body has not yet gone through puberty, which is necessary for ovulation and menstruation. -
Physical Development:
At this age, the reproductive system is not mature enough to support pregnancy. -
Health Considerations:
Pregnancy at such a young age would be extremely dangerous and is not biologically possible under normal circumstances. -
Recommendation:
If there are concerns about development or health, consult a pediatrician for personalized advice and support.

View allI'm really worried about my kid. They had a fever, but the blood test came back normal, and the fever went away after using Fepanil 125, Relent, Deriphyllin, and Zynconiataximo 100 tab as advised by our pediatrician. My kid seemed to get better and started playing again, but now the fever is back. It's been a total of 8 days since the fever first started. We did a urine test, and it showed a bacterial infection now we're just waiting for the urine culture results. I'm stressed because I can't seem to find a good pediatrician in Ramamurthy Nagar, and it feels like something serious might be going on. I have twin girls, and thankfully, the other one is okay. Any advice or suggestions on what steps to take next?

My baby has been having a fever since Wednesday, and the doctor gave us Meftal P syrup because her temperature is pretty high. I'm wondering, is it okay to give her the syrup every six hours or every four hours since her fever isn't coming down? I'm really concerned about making sure she's comfortable and getting better.
For children, Meftal P syrup can be given every 6-8 hours as needed for fever. The usual recommended dosage is 7-10 mg per kg of body weight per dose. However, it is important to consult with your doctor for the exact dosage based on your baby's weight and age. Make sure not to exceed the maximum daily dose.

I'm really worried because Sidrah has been dealing with a cold and cough for the past three days. It's more of a wet cough. I've been giving her Relent plus for two days and started Asthakind DX yesterday. Could you give me some advice on how to help her get better?
She seems to be suffering from common cold which is a common type of nose and throat virus infection. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can continue giving medications. No specific treatment is really needed. Self medications are better avoided
