View allMy blood report shows Anti-Chlamydial IgM Antibody of 1.28 and Anti-Chlamydia IgG of 0.16. Does this mean I have a recent infection for the first time, or could it be an old infection. I am experiencing abdominal pain, as well as pain in my leg, hand, and chest, all on the left side. My muscles also feel tight. Based on these values, how recent might the infection be. I am very scared and would really appreciate your help and guidance on what to do next.
