I have swollen lymph nodes under my arm for the last 6 months. They appear some days and disappear on other days. They are painful. Doctors gave me some pills, but there was no response. I took a blood report, but everything is normal. The lymph nodes can be felt but not seen.

Persistent node greater than 6 weeks needs evaluation. Could be reactive or something else. Biopsy may be needed if labs normal.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a CBC+ESR Test

More COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT (CBC) Health Queries
View allLast year I had dengue, and again 3 months ago, I contracted dengue. To monitor my health, I usually get a CBC done every 30 to 45 days, and I have noticed that my lymphocyte count is gradually increasing, initially it was 20.6 percent, then 36 percent, and now it is 48 percent, which is worrying me. My current symptoms include numbness and cramps in the hands, occasional pain in the armpits, and ear pain. I also go to the bathroom 2 to 3 times a day, usually after breakfast or lunch. Please guide me on whether this is serious, the further steps I should take, and if possible, suggest a diet to maintain healthy lymphocyte levels. I am attaching my CBC lab reports for your reference.

My 8 month old niece has had a persistent fever for the past 2 weeks. It normalizes when given antipyretics but recurs every 8 to 10 hours. She has a normal diet but sometimes skips meals. She has also vomited 2 to 3 times. A blood test report showed a high lymphocyte count of 58. She traveled about 400 km last week, although comfortably. Could this affect her condition? What could be the reason, and what do you suggest? Thank you in advance.
