My last period was on February 9th, and now its March, and still nothing. I went to see a gyno on the 13th of March. She did a urine pregnancy test, which came back negative, and she prescribed me some meds like SYSRON-NCR for 10 days and BNC and CLEMENSTOL syrup for a month. Ive taken them, but nothing has changed. On top of that, Im feeling really unwell with body aches, along with severe stomach and waist pain. I want to conceive, but with everything going on, I'm not sure what to do next. Can you give me some advice?

Can a cyst come out in your period?
Physiological cysts appear and disappear as you progress from one menstrual cycle to the next, usually do not show any symptoms or need any intervention. Ovarian cyst may sometimes burst causing severe pain and bleeding but cyst as a whole may not come out.

I'm dealing with some pretty annoying burning and itching down there and it's been bothering me a lot. I think it might be because I had an allergic reaction to some vaginal creams I used before. I've stopped using all those creams, gels, and even antibiotics now, so I'm just wondering, is Vwash safe and effective for cleaning and helping with this kind of irritation?
