I am having frequent urination. Sometime back, there was itching on my arms and redness, which gets relieved automatically after 1 to 2 hours. I went for a blood checkup and received my report. It shows high LDL and triglycerides, and low HDL. I am doing exercise regularly for half an hour. I need suggestions? My HDL cholesterol is 27.7 mg/dl, LDL/HDL ratio is 3.6, and serum albumin is 4.84 g/dl. The rest of the parameters are in the attached picture.
