Can I get surgery to reshape my forehead? I had an accident as a kid that changed my skull shape, and now my forehead looks uneven and unnatural. It really bothers me are there any procedures to fix this?

Skull reshaping may be performed surgically or via the use of helmets. In adults, skull reshaping by reshaping of the skull bones is not possible due to the inherent risks of blood loss. As such, skull reshaping in adults is mainly performed via the use of custom-made implants.

I'm a 27-year-old guy dealing with gynecomastia and I weigh around 73 kg. I'm planning to get married soon and really want to get my body in better shape. After researching online for a while, it looks like surgery is the only option to get rid of gynecomastia. I've got a bit of a tummy too, and it's kind of at the same level as my chest right now. What I'm curious about is, after the surgery, will my tummy stick out more than my chest?
Gynecomastia vanishes without treatment in less than two years. But in some patients treatment may be needed if gynecomastia doesn't improve on its own or if it causes significant pain and embarrassment...avoid junk foods, carbohydrates like rice etc, avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea, green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day....Medications used to treat breast cancer and other conditions, such as tamoxifen and raloxifene may be helpful for some men with gynecomastia....if no improvements to medications you can go for surgery....Two gynecomastia surgery options are: Liposuction. This surgery removes breast fat, but not the breast gland tissue itself. Mastectomy. This type of surgery removes the breast gland tissue. The surgery is often done endoscopically, meaning only small incisions are used. This less invasive type of surgery involves less recovery time...consult nearest surgeon they will do the needful.
