I have several lipomas all over my body and I'm really worried about them. Is there any way to remove them without going through a major surgery? I've heard about some less invasive options but I'm not sure what's safe or effective. Can you help me understand my choices?

I've had inverted nipples since birth and there's no pain but I want to fix them. Is there any injection that can correct this or would I need surgery?
