Can I put Topisal on my face to help get rid of dead skin and make my skin softer? I'm just wondering if it's safe or if there might be any side effects I should know about. Also, is it really effective for what I'm hoping to achieve?

View allI'm having trouble finding Dipsalic F ointment at medical stores since they said it's not being made anymore. I've been using it for an allergic reaction, and nothing else I've tried is as effective. Can you suggest the best substitute for this ointment? I'm really concerned about finding something that works as well.
Since Dipsalic F ointment is unavailable, I'll suggest some alternatives with similar ingredients: *Alternatives with Salicylic Acid and Urea* 1. *Ursal 10% Ointment*: Contains urea (10%) and salicylic acid (3%). 2. *Keralyt 5% Gel*: Has salicylic acid (5%) and urea (10%). 3. *Salex 6% Cream*: Contains salicylic acid (6%) and might be suitable for allergic areas. *Other Options* 1. *CeraVe Renewing SA Cleanser*: A gentle cleanser with salicylic acid (2%) and hyaluronic acid. 2. *Eucerin Advanced Repair Cream*: A rich moisturizer with urea (10%) and ceramides

I've been experiencing this really annoying itch on my scalp, especially at the back, whenever I apply any type of hair oil. I've tried different ones like almond and mustard oil, but nothing seems to help. I actually went to a dermatologist who said my scalp looks fine and advised me to stop using hair oil altogether. But I'm still curious why this itch happens only with oils. Is there something else I should be doing or trying?
This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

I've been dealing with really dry skin on my face and some pretty intense dark circles. There's also this dark line across my nose and a patch near it that just won't go away. I'm already on a six-month treatment for pimples that my doctor assured would help with the dark spots too, but I'm not actually seeing any change. What should I do?
