I'm having trouble finding Dipsalic F ointment at medical stores since they said it's not being made anymore. I've been using it for an allergic reaction, and nothing else I've tried is as effective. Can you suggest the best substitute for this ointment? I'm really concerned about finding something that works as well.

Since Dipsalic F ointment is unavailable, I'll suggest some alternatives with similar ingredients:
Alternatives with Salicylic Acid and Urea
- Ursal 10% Ointment: Contains urea (10%) and salicylic acid (3%).
- Keralyt 5% Gel: Has salicylic acid (5%) and urea (10%).
- Salex 6% Cream: Contains salicylic acid (6%) and might be suitable for allergic areas.
Other Options
- CeraVe Renewing SA Cleanser: A gentle cleanser with salicylic acid (2%) and hyaluronic acid.
- Eucerin Advanced Repair Cream: A rich moisturizer with urea (10%) and ceramides

View allI've got this boil on my chin and the area around it is swollen and really painful. I took Combliflom, which helps with the pain, but not with the boil itself. What should I do to actually treat the boil?

I've had these red circles that are really itchy, and I've been using candid powder and ring out cream, but they don't seem to be working that well. It's been going on for about 15 days now. What else can I do or try to help get rid of them? Do you think it's something more serious?
use antibiotics

I've been dealing with a really itchy scrotum for the past few weeks, and it's driving me crazy. It seems to get worse after I touch it or whenever I sweat, like after sports or working out. I'm not sure if they're connected, but I've noticed the itchiness spreads to my legs, back thighs, and buttocks. Oddly enough, my chest never seems to itch. When I do scratch, the skin gets these raised bumps, but they fade after some time. The scrotum area experiences this too. It's gotten so bad that I've scratched it until it started to sting in the shower. What could be causing this, and how can I stop it?
If the problem persists despite home remedies or worsens, it would be best to consult a healthcare professional or a dermatologist. They may need to perform a skin examination, potentially test for fungal infections or other skin conditions, and provide a more targeted treatment plan. A prescription antifungal or topical steroid treatment might be needed if it's related to a fungal infection or dermatitis.
