Can I take KLMC 1000 and Enerc 1000 every day for better skin since I have acne-prone skin? And what about my mom, she's 55can she take this capsule every day too? Whens the best time to take it? Also, my mom has issues with acidity; could these capsules make it worse for her, or are they safe? By the way, does it help with immunity?

I've had this red raised spot on my collarbone for over two weeks now. It's a bit tender and hasn't gotten any smaller or healed at all.
