Can I take myoril thiocolchicoside tablets while I'm on my period? I'm a bit worried if it might cause any issues. I'm 43 and have been dealing with back pain for the past few days. What do you think?

View allHad ACL surgery back in December 2017 and wondering if it's okay to start heat therapy on it now? Not sure if it's too late or if it'll still help with any lingering stiffness or discomfort. What do you think?
I recommend starting with physiotherapy and painkillers to manage your condition. If there's no significant improvement after a reasonable period, we can then consider surgical options.

Looking for a male attendant nurse for my 49-year-old uncle who's having hip bone surgery soon. He won't be able to walk and might need bed rest for a few months. We're in Uttarahalli, Bangalore any recommendations on where to find reliable care or what to look for in a good attendant nurse for post-surgery recovery

Got xrays of both knees done today and the doctor recommended proximal fibular osteotomy surgery. Just wanted to check if this procedure is really necessary or if there are other options? The xrays are attached for reference
Proximal fibular osteotomy is done to offload medial knee arthritis—if early stage, braces or PRP may help; surgery is best for moderate-severe cases.
