Is there a way to manage this condition without surgery I'm currently taking pain meds but really want to avoid going under the knife if possible

Yes, many conditions can be managed without surgery, especially with a combination of pain management techniques and other therapies. Pain management strategies, physical therapies, psychological therapies, and alternative therapies like acupuncture can be effective.

How can I arrange a home visit for stitches removal after knee replacement surgery in Pimple Gurav area The patient can't climb stairs so walking to a clinic isn't an option right now
To arrange a home visit for stitch removal after a knee replacement in Pimple Gurav, contact your surgeon's office or the hospital where the surgery was performed. They can likely connect you with a home healthcare service or a nurse who provides in-home care for stitch removal. You can also explore options for home healthcare services in Pimple Gurav, ensuring they offer stitch removal services and are familiar with post-knee replacement care

I broke my tibia and fibula back in late July 2016 and had to get surgery where they put in a titanium rod for healing. I work in an IT services company here in Bangalore, and right now the pain has lessened and the swelling's down, but my leg still doesn't feel strong enough to handle weight. I use a walker to get around with a bit of weight on the leg. I'm thinking of going back to work by October and would like to continue my physical therapy sessions here in Bangalore. Do you think thats a smart move?
To further strengthen your leg and improve weight-bearing ability, you can consider taking Calcium and Vitamin D supplements to support bone healing. Additionally, you can use pain relievers like Ibuprofen to manage any residual discomfort. It is important to follow your physiotherapist's guidance on exercises and gradually increase your activity level to regain strength in your leg.
