View allI had a complete ACL tear two years ago and haven't had surgery yet should I consider getting it done now? What are the risks if I leave it untreated and how might it affect my mobility long-term?
The knee might heal—the swelling and pain will stop. But a torn anterior cruciate ligament does not reattach or heal itself. You may still be able to live how you want by strengthening your leg and core (your hips contribute to leg strength and function) and adjusting your activities.

I have patellar subluxation. It dislocates and comes back to position but gives pain at that moment and I fall down due to instability. I come back to normal within 35mins. No pain. What should I do to fully recover from this Should I start doing Physio exercises I am not in a situation to do surgery if its needed
To recover from patellar subluxation without surgery, focus on strengthening the muscles around the knee, improving knee stability, and managing pain. Physical therapy is crucial for building muscle strength and improving joint stability, which can reduce the likelihood of future subluxations.

Is there a way to manage this condition without surgery I'm currently taking pain meds but really want to avoid going under the knife if possible
Yes, many conditions can be managed without surgery, especially with a combination of pain management techniques and other therapies. Pain management strategies, physical therapies, psychological therapies, and alternative therapies like acupuncture can be effective.
