I have a gun stock deformity and heard surgery is the only fix what are the risks involved? Also, will there be any post-surgery issues if I plan to lift heavy weights afterward? I'm worried about how it might affect my strength training.

View allMy MRI shows a complete ACL tear with some tibial translation, plus meniscus tears in both medial and lateral parts, along with cartilage issues and joint effusion. Is surgery the only option for this or are there other ways to manage it? I'm worried about recovery time and whether PT could help instead
Non-surgical management may work if you have low activity demands. But with instability and multiple injuries, ACL reconstruction is usually recommended for long-term joint health and mobility.

I've been dealing with tailbone pain for 2 years and my X-ray shows an anterior subluxation of the coccyx. I've tried NSAIDs, sitz baths, coccyx cushions, and physiotherapy like IFT and ultrasound with no relief. I don't want to go for ablation, injections, or surgery at my age. Is internal manipulation by an experienced ortho specialist an option for this kind of coccyx issue? Looking for someone who's handled similar cases before
Apollo is best for it.
