I've had back pain for about a year now and my X-ray showed spondylolysis at L5-S1. I've heard about chiropractic care but I'm really not keen on surgery. What would you recommend as the best treatment option for this?

Core training and strengthening of back muscles play a major role in managing back pain. Dynamic stimulation therapy for strengthening of back muscles have shown good results in similar cases. It gives long lasting pain relief and also helps to arrest further degeneration.

View allMy left elbow has been swollen for about 3 weeks but there's no pain. A doctor diagnosed it as olecranon bursitis and suggested surgery, also prescribed sporidex AF 750 and Chymoral Forte for a week. Are there any non-surgical options to treat this? If surgery is really needed, what would be the approximate cost in Bangalore?

It's been 4 months and 25 days since my distal femur comminuted fracture surgery, which I heard is one of the most complicated cases. My knee still won't bend properly and I'm worried - is the fixation not healing right anatomically? Could this mean I might need another surgery or is there another reason for my limited movement?

my legs are crooked with knocked knees and i want to fix them naturally without surgery are there exercises or braces that can help straighten them over time
Mild cases may improve with physiotherapy and bracing. Severe deformities or persistent discomfort often require orthopedic evaluation for surgical correction.
