I've had mallet finger for the past 11 years and I'm finally considering surgery to fix it. Can you recommend a good hospital or specialist for this procedure? I'm not sure where to start looking for the right doctor to consult about this long-term issue. What should I expect from the surgical process after having the condition for so many years?

From the back, my posture seems tilted to the right, and I get pain on the right side of my back when I stand for too long. Can this be fixed with surgery or exercises to make my posture symmetrical? Are there any long-term side effects if I don't get it treated?
Postural asymmetry may improve with physiotherapy, core strengthening, and ergonomic correction. Surgery is considered only in severe structural deformities.

i broke my arm and the x-ray shows a fracture but im not sure if it needs surgery or can it heal on its own with just a cast or natural treatments
A fractured arm can heal naturally with proper medical treatment, often with a cast or splint. However, some fractures may require surgery to realign bone fragments or stabilize the fracture. Whether your fracture needs surgery or not will depend on the type, location, and severity of the break.
