Can I take Perfectil vitamins if I mostly just get the occasional pimple but have really dark eyelids and circles under my eyes? My hair has been thinning as well, and I'm 25. I'm worried because it has 10 mg of biotin. Is that okay to take?

No use. The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please don't do any self treatment such as over the counter Steroid creams. Don't burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. The marks and pores left behind after the pimples heal can also be treated.

Safety of Perfectil Vitamins:
- Taking Perfectil, which contains 10 mg of biotin, is generally safe for a 25-year-old female.
- Biotin supports hair, skin, and nail health.
-
Considerations: a. Skin Issues: Monitor for any increase in pimples, as high biotin doses can sometimes worsen acne. b. Dark Eyelids and Circles: These may be due to genetics, allergies, or fatigue. Consider lifestyle changes like improving sleep and hydration. c. Hair Thinning: Biotin may help, but persistent thinning should be evaluated by a dermatologist.
-
General Advice:
- Consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you have other health conditions or medications.
