Both Monoguard cream and Lulifin cream are antifungal creams used to treat fungal infections. Monoguard cream may not be as effective for treating fungal infections compared to Lulifin cream. I recommend using Lulifin cream for the treatment of fungal infections. Apply a thin layer of Lulifin cream to the affected area once or twice daily, as directed by your healthcare provider.

I've been dealing with pretty bad hair loss for a while now. A couple of years back, I went to a dermatologist who suggested using Dr. Reddys Mintop 5 topical solution together with Finax 1 mg tablets for about two months, which worked really well initially. My hair loss went down, and I even saw some regrowth. But then from June 2014 until January 2017, I continued using Mintop. After that, I switched to ayurvedic and homeopathic remedies for about 45 months. Unfortunately, that seemed to make everything worse, as my hair started falling out again in clumps. I'm really worried and not sure what steps to take now. Could you give me some advice?
