I'm dealing with alopecia for the past five years and have been using minoxidil 10 for about two years. Unfortunately, I haven't noticed much improvement in hair growth. I'm considering a hair transplant now. Could you advise if this is a good option for me?

I've got some dark color skin on my inner thighs and bikini line, and it's really making me self-conscious. I just want to wear shorts and swimwear without feeling uncomfortable. Do you have any remedies or creams that could help lighten it up in maybe 11.5 months?

Darkening of the skin in the inner thigh and bikini area can be due to friction, hormonal changes, or skin conditions like acanthosis nigricans. To help lighten the skin in these areas, you can use a cream containing hydroquinone, kojic acid, and glycolic acid. One such cream is Melalite XL cream. Apply a thin layer of this cream on the affected areas once at night for 1-1.5 months. Remember to use sunscreen during the day to protect your skin from further darkening.

I'm really worried because I tried using a mix of grated garlic, castor oil, and turmeric on my acne overnight, but I ended up burning my skin. I saw a dermatologist and she gave me a cream that helped peel the burnt skin off, but now there's a dark black spot that's been there for almost a month. She suggested using golite cream for it, but I'm not seeing any improvements. I need to get rid of this scar urgently since my brother's wedding is in the first week of June. Can you suggest anything that might work quickly?

it takes time to heal such burnt scar, wiith time it would settle have patience.
