I've been dealing with these annoying acne-like bumps on my hips and the back of my thighs. They don't bother me all the time, but when they do, they can be really itchy and painful. After some Googling, I think it might be folliculitis. I'm already on Isotretinoin for the acne on my face, and my lipid and liver function tests are normal. I'm dealing with ringworm on and off for the last 6 months and I'm really getting frustrated. I've tried loads of medicines and it sometimes improves, but then it comes back again. It all started when I had a longer-than-usual period, and now every month around that time, it flares up again. I did see a dermatologist, and their treatment almost cleared it up, but when my period hits, it pops back up, and now it seems to be spreading more. Do you have any advice on what's going on or what I should do?
