Can I use Derma Dew Glow cream every day and night for skin maintenance? I have oily and sensitive skin, but I don't have any pimples or pigmentation right now. Just wondering if it's a good fit for my skin type.

I'm really worried because the skin on the tip of my penis has become dry and seems to have an allergic reaction. There's even some white discoloration around the urinary area. The skin sometimes cracks when I try to retract my foreskin and it gets really painful, even to the point where it bleeds. Could this be a fungal infection, and is there any cream or treatment you would recommend?
